1. About the App

Taybaat – نظام الطيبات للدكتور العوضي is an Android application designed to help users organize and manage food information, meal planning, personal food lists, shopping lists, meal history, fasting preferences, and related planning activities.

Taybaat is designed with a local-first architecture. Information created by users while using the application's core features is stored locally on the user's Android device.

Privacy summary: Taybaat does not require users to create an account and does not upload their meal plans, shopping lists, favorites, or other user-created application data to a Taybaat server.

2. Information Stored by Taybaat

2.1 Information You Provide

Depending on the features you use, Taybaat may store information such as:

Your name or preferred name entered into the application
Meal plans and planned meals
Food quantities and selected units
Foods saved as favorites
Foods added to your personal list
Shopping-list items
Meal completion and classification history

2.2 Local Storage

The information listed above is stored locally on your Android device using the application's local storage systems.

Taybaat does not maintain an online account containing this information and does not upload your personal meal-planning information to a Taybaat server.

3. Built-in Food Database

Taybaat includes a built-in food database used by features such as food search, classification, meal planning, and related functionality.

The built-in food database is application content and is not personal user information.

Internal food identifiers are used to maintain application functionality and are not intended to personally identify users.

4. Google UMP and Advertising Technology

4.1 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

Taybaat uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy and consent choices where applicable.

UMP may present a consent message when required by applicable privacy requirements and Google's configuration. It also provides mechanisms through which users can manage or withdraw applicable consent choices.

Taybaat provides access to applicable privacy choices through its Privacy Options feature.

4.2 Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

Taybaat includes the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK as the technical foundation for potential future advertising.

Advertising is currently disabled. The current version of Taybaat does not display advertisements and does not make advertising requests.

If advertising is enabled in a future version, Google may process certain information associated with advertising and measurement, depending on the configuration of the service and the user's applicable privacy and consent choices.

Such information may include device-related information, identifiers, diagnostics, advertising interactions, and other information described in Google's applicable privacy documentation.

Advertising-related processing by Google is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms in addition to this Privacy Policy.

5. Consent and Privacy Choices

Where applicable, Taybaat uses Google's UMP consent framework to determine whether consent information needs to be obtained or updated.

Depending on the user's location and applicable requirements, users may be presented with a consent form.

Users may also access the application's Privacy Options feature when it is made available by the UMP configuration.

Consent choices are handled through Google's consent-management technology and are not replaced by a custom Taybaat consent mechanism.

Even when applicable consent permits advertising, Taybaat's current advertising feature remains disabled.

6. Data Collection and Sharing

Taybaat itself does not sell, rent, or share your personal meal-planning information for advertising or marketing purposes.

User-created application information such as meal plans, favorites, shopping lists, and history remains stored locally on your device.

However, the application contains Google's UMP and Mobile Ads SDKs. These third-party SDKs may process information according to their respective functionality, Google's policies, and applicable consent requirements.

Taybaat does not use these services to create or maintain a Taybaat account or cloud database containing your personal meal-planning data.

7. Internet and Network Access

Taybaat includes network access capability required by integrated services such as Google UMP and Google Mobile Ads.

Taybaat does not use network access to upload your locally stored meal plans, shopping lists, favorites, history, or other personal planning information to a Taybaat server.

Network communication associated with Google services is governed by Google's applicable policies and the configuration of those services.

8. Notifications

Taybaat may use Android notifications for features such as meal reminders and other user-enabled reminders.

On Android versions that require notification permission, Taybaat asks for the appropriate permission before sending notifications.

Users can deny or disable notification permission through Android settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent use of the application's other core features.

9. Data Deletion

Taybaat provides functionality for deleting user-created information stored by the application.

Depending on the deletion action used, this may include:

Your saved name
Planned meals and planned food entries
Meal and classification history
Shopping-list items
Favorites and personal food-list entries
Other user-created planning information stored by the application

The built-in Taybaat food database is application content rather than personal user data and is retained so that the application can continue to function.

Application language and theme preferences may also remain stored because they are application preferences rather than user-created meal-planning content.

Important: Taybaat does not maintain a cloud account containing your personal application data. Therefore, there is no Taybaat server-side personal account database that requires separate account deletion.

10. Uninstalling Taybaat

Uninstalling Taybaat removes the application's locally stored data from the device, subject to Android's operating-system behavior and any backup mechanisms enabled by the user or device.

Taybaat does not retain a separate server-side copy of your personal meal-planning information.

11. Children's Privacy

Taybaat is not designed specifically for children. The application is intended for users who can independently use its food-planning and wellness-related features.

Taybaat does not knowingly operate an online account or service designed to collect personal information from children.

12. Security

Taybaat uses Android application storage mechanisms to store user-created application data locally on the device.
