We use Google AdMob and may use Google Firebase. These services may collect:

• Device type, operating system
• IP address and advertising ID (for ads)
• General analytics about app use

3. How We Use Your Information

• Improve and personalize workouts
• Display progress and BMI calculations
• Serve non-personalized or personalized advertisements
• Analyze usage to improve app performance (if Firebase is enabled)
